This was a small, personal project: one owner, one designer, one place that mattered

The condo in Dania Beach had a rare advantage — a protected natural reserve in front of it. A view that will never be blocked, all-day sunlight, quiet, and simple living. It just needed clear communication.

Approach:

I listened to the owner, understood what made the place genuinely special, and translated that into design. No hype, no realtor tone — just clarity and honesty.

Research:

A quick PESTEL, SWOT, and a few buyer personas confirmed the target: adults 55+ from northern states looking for sunlight, peace, and practicality. That shaped the entire messaging.

Strategy:

Focus on calm living, the permanent view, and a straightforward narrative. No luxury framing — just good living.

Design:

I built an editorial, slow-scroll page in Framer: soft greens, ivory, clean typography, generous spacing. Sections covered essentials, benefits, lifestyle, owner insight, neighborhood, and a guided photo flow. Everything served a purpose.

Execution:

Handled copy, layout, breakpoints, image curation, alt text, SEO, and the full UX flow. Delivered a complete digital product, not an MLS listing.

Result:

The condo sold — because the page spoke directly to the people who wanted that life. Clear research, clean design, and an honest story.
